1. Nature of the Program

The 12 Weeks No Hacks, Just Habits Program is a personalized nutrition and lifestyle coaching service. The program is educational and supportive in nature and is designed to assist clients in developing long term habits related to nutrition, movement, stress management, daily routines, and overall healthy lifestyle structure.

The program is not a standardized product. Each program is individually created based on the personal information provided by the client.

The overall philosophy of No Hacks, Just Habits Limited is to assist clients through nutrition, physical movement, routine building, stress reduction habits, and simple mindset support so they can work towards healthy weight loss and long term habit formation.

2. Personal Information and Client Disclosure

To participate in the program, the client must provide complete and accurate information including but not limited to:

Height and weight
Medical conditions and health history
Current or previous medications
Previous nutrition approaches or supplements
Food preferences, intolerances, and allergies
Daily schedule, physical activity levels, and work routine
Stress levels, sleep patterns, and lifestyle challenges

The client confirms that all information provided is truthful, complete, and accurate. No Hacks, Just Habits Limited is not responsible for outcomes affected by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

3. Pre Program Services and Professional Work

Prior to the formal delivery of the program, the following professional services are provided:

Initial communication via social media or WhatsApp
Detailed explanation of program structure and expectations
Creation and issuance of an invoice
Review of client intake information
A one on one consultation call lasting approximately 15 to 25 minutes
In depth discussion of lifestyle, nutrition habits, movement, stress levels, and health considerations

These services involve professional expertise, time, planning, and preparation and commence immediately after payment is made.

4. Program Delivery and Structure

The program is delivered progressively in stages to ensure clarity, adherence, and reduced overwhelm.

Program delivery may include:

Customized nutrition and lifestyle guidance
Habit based implementation strategies
Ongoing adjustments based on feedback and progress
Follow ups and check ins during the active 84 day period
General movement, stretching, yoga, or light activity guidance where appropriate
Simple stress reduction and routine building support

No specific results are guaranteed. Outcomes depend on individual participation, consistency, and adherence.

5. Support and Communication

Support is provided during the active program period of 84 days.

Support includes:

Responses to program related questions
Clarifications on guidance provided
Progress based follow ups
Habit building guidance
Support with nutrition, movement, routine, and general lifestyle structure

Support is limited to the scope of the program and does not extend beyond the 84 day period unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Breathing Routine, Meditation Teacher Support, and Positive Affirmations

Gagandeep Singh is a certified meditation teacher. As part of the 12 Weeks No Hacks, Just Habits Program, clients may be provided with general morning breathing guidance, including a simple 7 minute breathing routine.

The purpose of this breathing routine is to support relaxation, self awareness, stress reduction, and healthier daily routines. The intention is to help clients move away from a constant busy life state of stress, often described as fight or flight, and support a calmer rest and digest state.

This may assist clients in making better food choices, improving routine awareness, reducing emotional eating patterns, and supporting consistency with nutrition and movement habits.

Clients may also receive weekly positive affirmations related to their health, wellness, weight loss, and habit building goals.

The client clearly understands and agrees that this part of the program is general wellness support only. It is not counselling, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, clinical mental health assessment, crisis support, or medical advice.

No Hacks, Just Habits Limited and Gagandeep Singh do not diagnose, treat, assess, or manage any mental health condition. This support is not a replacement for any medication, medical treatment, therapy, counselling, or advice provided by a qualified health professional.

If the client has any mental health condition, trauma history, severe anxiety, depression, panic symptoms, or any other psychological concern, they are responsible for seeking guidance from a qualified medical or mental health professional.

The breathing routine, affirmations, and general mindset support are included only as part of the broader habit based approach of the program. The goal is to assist clients with healthier routines, better nutrition choices, movement consistency, and long term habit formation during the 12 week program.

7. Fees and Strict Non Refundable Policy

All payments made for the 12 Weeks No Hacks, Just Habits Program are strictly non refundable.

By completing payment, the client expressly understands and agrees that:

The program is customized specifically for the client
Professional services begin immediately upon payment
Time, intellectual effort, and resources are committed prior to and after program delivery
Program materials, guidance, or support may be delivered in part or in full

Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances including but not limited to:

Change of mind
Withdrawal before the program start
Withdrawal after the program has commenced
Lack of participation or engagement
Personal circumstances or scheduling conflicts

Payment constitutes full acceptance of this non refundable policy.

8. Withdrawal and Termination by Client

If the client chooses to withdraw from the program at any stage, whether before or after receiving program materials or support, no refund will be provided.

All work completed up to the point of withdrawal remains billable and retained by No Hacks, Just Habits Limited.

9. Health and Medical Disclaimer

The program does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The client acknowledges that:

The program is not a substitute for medical care
Any medical condition should be managed under the guidance of a qualified medical professional
The client is responsible for consulting their doctor before making changes to nutrition, supplements, medication, breathing practices, or physical activity
No Hacks, Just Habits Limited and Gagandeep Singh are not liable for any medical outcomes, injuries, health complications, or mental health concerns arising during or after the program

Participation is voluntary and at the client’s own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, No Hacks, Just Habits Limited and Gagandeep Singh shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.

Any disputes arising in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.

12. Consultation and Communication Policy

Prior to enrolment, clients are clearly informed through initial chat communication about the structure, sequence, and communication format of the 12 weeks 84 day program. This includes confirmation that payment is required first, followed by 1 initial phone consultation, and thereafter ongoing support through messaging channels.

Upon successful payment, each client receives 1 initial phone consultation, typically lasting approximately 15 to 25 minutes. In some cases, the consultation may extend slightly longer where necessary to properly understand the client health background, lifestyle, and to establish a clear and structured program plan.

This consultation occurs once at the beginning of the program. The client acknowledges and agrees that the purpose of this call is to provide clarity, alignment, and initial guidance.

Following the initial consultation, all ongoing coaching, support, accountability, and guidance for the full 84 day program duration will be provided exclusively through WhatsApp text messages and voice messages. This communication structure is clearly communicated to the client prior to enrolment and is reiterated during the consultation.

No additional phone consultations are included as part of the program. The client acknowledges, understands, and agrees that WhatsApp messaging and voice messaging are the primary and sufficient methods of communication and coaching support for the duration of the program.

The coach remains fully committed to providing timely guidance, structured feedback, and continued support throughout the 84 day period using these designated communication channels.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By making payment for the 12 Weeks No Hacks, Just Habits Program, the client confirms that they have:

Read and understood these Terms and Conditions
Had the program structure clearly explained
Accepted the strict non refundable policy
Understood that the program includes nutrition, lifestyle, movement, stress reduction, breathing routine, and habit based support only
Understood that the program does not provide medical advice, mental health counselling, diagnosis, clinical assessment, or treatment
Agreed to be legally bound by these terms

Acceptance is confirmed at the point of payment.
