No Hacks Just Habits
Picture this: Melbourne, 2008. A devastating car crash changed everything.
I survived a harrowing 11 days in the ICU, followed by months in post-traumatic amnesia (PTA) – think ‘Ghajini’ or the guy from ‘Memento’.
My body? A canvas of residual pain, trauma, and stiffness.
Childhood asthma didn’t make things easier. My cardiovascular fitness? Downhill.
I tried every diet, every workout fad – yet, nothing stuck.
That’s when I decided to take control – delving deep into health and fitness, earning my stripes.
From a cable guy, a computer enthusiast, and an IT graduate, to understanding the complexities of joints and levers – it wasn’t a walk in the park.
Studying fitness opened my eyes. It’s simple, yet so misrepresented. Always a new trend, a new diet, a new pill – exploiting those in need for profit!
That was it! I decided to leave my full-time job and embarked on this journey full-time.
