Melbourne, 2008.
A life changing car accident put me in the ICU for 11 days. What followed was months of post traumatic amnesia where even basic memory and awareness felt unstable.
My body was left dealing with pain, stiffness, and trauma. On top of that, I had childhood asthma which had already impacted my cardiovascular health.
Like most people, I started searching for answers.
I tried different nutrition plans, workouts, and popular programs. Some worked for a short time, most did not. Nothing stayed.
That is when I realised something important.
The problem was never effort.
The problem was the approach. β οΈ
The Turning Point
Coming from an IT background, I was used to solving problems logically.
So I went deeper.
I studied how the body actually works. Movement, joints, leverage, metabolism, and daily habits. What I discovered was simple.
Health is not complicated.
But it has been made complicated. β
Everywhere I looked, there was a new trend, a new shortcut, a new product promising fast results. Most of it was designed to sell, not to sustain.
That is when I made a decision.
I left my full time career and committed myself fully to helping people do this the right way. π―
